In this interactive workshop individuals will learn the 5 domains of well-being from the latest evidence-based research in positive psychology. They will discover how to balance their domains to boost and sustain their overall well-being. Attendees will leave with tools, class materials and practical applications to enhance their well-being in 2016 and beyond.
Wholehearted Living and Parenting
Utilizing the research of Brené Brown (who wrote The Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, and her new book Rising Strong), this interactive and creative workshop delves in to what it takes to be wholehearted (the 10 guideposts), how to align with our values, and how to show up as our authentic selves, in our home, with our family and out in the world. Participants will receive a copy of Brené Brown’s wholehearted parenting manifesto to take away and develop for their home and with their family.

Would you like to feel more calm or have simple strategies handy to reduce stress and get to a more peaceful place? This engaging and interactive workshop will cover what causes stress, what stress does to your mind and body, and simple strategies for breaking the stress cycle and creating more calm, contentment, fun, and well-being.
